Josie hit Carly Bishop in the face because Carly called Josie a wog. They went to see Sister Louise and Ron Bishop, Carly's dad wants to sue Josie. Also Carly was getting on Josie's nerves saying that see didn't have a lawyer and that she didn't have a father. So out of anger Josie told them that she did have a father and she had to call Michael to help her.

I think that even though u hate a person you can always find something that you like about them. Like how Josie hated Michael but when she is in trouble the first person she rings is him.
