Jacob Coote help saved Josie from Greg and Jacob took Josie home while Anton took Anna home. When Jacob took Josie home he asked her what happened and he wanted Josie to be his girlfriend. Also they organised a date on Saturday to go to the movies.

I think Jacob Coote is very protective over Josephine and he cares a lot about her. He was trying to act before that he didn't like Josie, but at the end he still admitted it.
